Terms of Use
Last updated 14 September 2026. These terms protect people who use Konɛcti Mɛ and the operator of konectime.com. Ghana law applies.
The service
Konɛcti Mɛ is a platform. We introduce customers, vendors, and riders. We are not the shop, the rider, or a party to the sale or the trip, except where we collect a stated daily access fee. The contract for food, goods, or a ride is between those users.
Accounts and honest use
You must give a real name, phone, and (for riders) a DVLA plate. You must not create fake shops, hijack jobs, harass anyone, or use the maps to stalk. We may suspend or remove an account to protect others. Admins may confirm vendors and riders only after the stated payment is seen.
Location must match the map
Pickup, drop-off, shop, and delivery pins are taken from what you type, what you tap, or your phone’s GPS, then placed on the map. You are responsible for pinning the true place. Maps come from Google, CARTO, and OpenStreetMap. Roads close, GPS drifts, and a typed name can match the wrong landmark. Konɛcti Mɛ does not guarantee a pin, a route, or an arrival time. Riders and customers must still confirm the place and the plate in person.
Fees and money
Vendors pay GH₵20 a day and riders pay GH₵10 a day to Wilson Asare (MTN MoMo 054 344 1550) unless the owner publishes a different payee. Access starts after an admin confirms the payment. Order and ride fares are paid between the people on the job unless we clearly say otherwise. Daily fees are for access that day, not a refundable deposit.
Content you post
Photos, voice notes, chat, and shop listings stay yours. You give us a licence to host and show them so the job can run. Do not post illegal, defamatory, or stolen content. We may remove it. You indemnify the operator against claims that come from your listings, your driving, your food, or your messages.
Liability
To the fullest extent Ghana law allows, the operator is not liable for lost profit, lost goods, delayed rides, map error, network failure, Dumsor, third-party apps, or a dispute between users. Our total liability for a claim about the platform is limited to the daily fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law forbids that exclusion.
